Community Efforts
In 2002, local residents began taking care of the land. Over the past twenty-two years, the eastern hillside along Walker Street, among other green areas, has evolved from a wild tangle of honeysuckle and brambles into a meticulously maintained communal green space. This transformation is a testament to the countless hours of labor and generous donations from neighbors and community members.
